By passively returning water to the agitation tank, it eliminates the need to monitor or balance multiple pumps. This innovation reduces system cost and overall system footprint , simplifies operation, and allows operators to focus on other tasks while the extraction cycle runs autonomously.

Continuous flow enables simultaneous agitation, separation and trichome collection, all in a closed loop cycle.

With continuous flow, loose trichomes are immediately evacuated as they’re removed, allowing operators to monitor hash quality, colour, and contaminant levels in real time. This eliminates downtime, reduces guesswork, maximizes efficiency, and ensures every run in the WT-CRAFT+ and WT-CRAFT+ XL yields the highest-quality hash.

The WT-CRAFT+ family features user-controlled frequency adjustment of the hash-specific separator.
This control allows operators to fine-tune their hash consistency as it exits the separator. Operators can control how long hash stays on the screen and how much water accompanies it into the collection bags. Combined with the WT-VS24, bubble hash now drops freely into bags, reducing downtime and boosting efficiency so operators can focus on other tasks during a run.

Our custom-designed WT-VS24 hash-specific separator is the first separator created exclusively for cold water extraction.

Purpose-built to carefully and efficiently collect trichomes, it auto-discharges hash, minimizes product loss, and dewaters most of the hash before it reaches the collection vessel. With no obstacles, gaskets, or spraying required, it keeps the WT-CRAFT+ and WT-CRAFT+ XL running uninterrupted in continuous flow.

Designed for effortless cleaning and maintenance, the WT-CRAFT+ features a single 24” screen, while the WT-CRAFT+ XL comes with a larger 30” screen.

The WT-CRAFT+ family was designed from the ground up for iceless agitation. 

A dimple jacket is welded to the agitation tank and pressurized with glycol, keeping process water cool without the need for ice. Iceless agitation is a new innovation that is proven to increase throughput and operational efficiency, while simultaneously decreasing runtime. Alternatively, ice can be added to the catchment reservoir to cool the process water without introducing ice into the agitation tank.

Both the WT-CRAFT+ and CRAFT+ XL feature a touchscreen with full recipe functionality.

Using the touchscreen, operators can program agitation speeds, ramping profiles, and collection points. The ability to set recipes delivers precise control and ensures repeatable results.

An integrated smart glycol control system gives operators ultimate control over the extraction process.

It maintains process water at a stable, near-freezing temperature, facilitating iceless agitation. Precise temperature control keeps trichomes brittle for easy separation while preventing unwanted compounds, like chlorophyll, from leaching into the extract. Combined with continuous flow and active cooling in the agitator, operators can maintain a consistent, controlled process every run.

Our patent-pending, unique torus flow agitation pattern delivers the same high-quality and gentle trichome separation as hand-paddling, but with less labour and at any scale. It is designed to give you the perfect fluid flow for trichome removal, while keeping contaminants at bay.

The WT-CRAFT+ features double-torus flow agitation, while the WT-CRAFT+ XL uses a single torus flow.

Our new Wobble Hoop Collection Unit comes standard with the purchase of a WT-CRAFT+ or WT-CRAFT+ XL. The Wobble Hoop Collection Units simplifies hash collection with a spring-supported hoop that reduces operator strain, and integrated snap locks which hold Wobble Bags securely in place.
